Gabion Filling

The rock fill in several gabions has settled leaving the one above or the capping unsupported.

These voids allow waves to enter further weakening the bank's integrity.

Please gather suitable material from the foreshore and slide it into the void areas tightly to knit them together.

Dolphin Creek Tidy up

When the works were completed the contractor left a dumpling of clay with some rocks in it as these were out of the scope of his digger.

Help is needed to reduce the height of the lump and remove any hard material.

Work here will require wellingtons and great care is needed and the bottom is difficult in places.

Pruning

General:

The East Bank is being invaded by brambles again and which need to be cut back to avoid their obstructing Slipper Road.

Please chop and place the debris in the poly sacks for disposal.

Protective gloves are recommended!!

Slipper Road knuckle

A 'hedge trim' is needed to maintain the sight lines.

Please chop and place the debris in the poly sacks for disposal.
